A spice for wagyu beef made by blending kombu, shiitake and onion powder with pesticide-free mountain pepper berries from Tasmania, Australia. Inosinic acid, which is abundant in wagyu beef, is combined with glutamic acid from kombu and guanylic acid from shiitake mushrooms. It goes great with grilled or roasted wagyu beef.
