Ingredients:
- Any Beef Stir-fry (Komagire or Kiri Otoshi) ~220g
- Half an Onion ~80g
- 2Tbsp Water ~30ml
- 1.5Tbsp Shoyu ~22ml
- 1.5Tbsp Sake ~22ml
- 1.5Tbsp Sugar ~22g
- (Optional) Beni Shoga (Red Pickled Ginger) ~5g
Steps:
- Stir-fry onions until they turn translucent
- Add beef and sugar and cook until no longer pink
- Add in shoyu, sake and water
- Let it simmer for 2 minutes
- Pour over rice, garnish with beni shoga and/or onsen egg and enjoy!
