ワイラ丹波　ゆず塩　Waira Tamba Yuzu Salt

The seawater of Kotobiki in Tango, Kyoto by the Sea, is extremely transparent and contains few impurities. Highlighting the natural sea salt, after much experimentation, a variation with locally sourced Japanese plum makes for a heavenly combination. It goes well with tempura, nigiri sushi, sashimi, and grilled fish. The possibilities are endless.
