透明度が高い京都・琴引き浜の海水を使用し、鉄鍋で薪の火力を使い丹念に炊き上げた粗塩にさわやかな柚子をブレンドしました。焼肉や焼き魚、チキンステーキにも合います。ホルモンの焼肉との相性も良いです。
Extracted from seawater in Kotohiki beach, Kyoto. Made by boiling the seawater with firewood and blended with yuzu citrus. Best with yakiniku, grilled fish and chicken. Good with beef offal yakiniku too.
