“Ginkakuji Onishi’s specialty sukiyaki sauce. We renewed this by using “Kanro Shoyu” from Kagoshima prefecture, and brewed wtih high quality ingredients from all around Japan. Kanro Shoyu is aged more than 1 year, so it has rich sweetness and strong Umami. Great for not just for Sukiyaki, but also simmered dished and rice bowls.”
